Was it enough?

I walk for minutes to the forest. They got everything in here; problems to solve, challenges to overcome, fame to be claimed, passion bubbling wanting to be released. Was it enough?

“Yeah, if you say so.”

When the sun comes down, laugh starts to erupt from every corner — indicating some of today’s miseries are finally done to deal with. Was it enough?

“Sure, why not?”

Next thing I know I am surrounded by lights in the dark. My mind roaming around things that I should or shouldn’t be with. One minute, two minutes, three minutes. Was it enough?

“I’m not complaining”

Lids are closing, skins are touching with the cold grounds. Wondering what kind of dispute will occur when the birds start chirping again. Was it enough?
